At Whimsy Tales, all our products are digital and available for download. Because of the digital nature of our items:

Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Once a purchase has been made, it is final.

Refunds: We cannot offer refunds once a payment has been processed. This policy is due to the digital format of our products, which means there’s no way to physically return the item.

We encourage you to take your time to select the perfect product for your needs and contact us with any questions before making a purchase. We are here to provide detailed product descriptions and support to help you make an informed decision.

Digital products & your right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)

All products sold on this store are digital downloads (PDF colouring books) delivered instantly after purchase. Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal ("cooling-off period"). Because our products are digital content supplied immediately, at checkout we ask you to expressly request immediate access and to confirm that, by starting your download, you waive this 14-day right of withdrawal. Once your digital product has been made available to download, the sale is final and we cannot offer a refund or exchange for a change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights: if a file is faulty, corrupted, or not as described, email us at [your email] and we will put it right.

Physical colouring books are sold separately through Amazon and follow Amazon's own returns policy.
