At Whimsy Tales Art, we sell digital downloads and custom digital services. Because there is no physical product to return, please read the policy below before purchasing.

Digital Downloads (Non-Custom Products)

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital downloads.

Refunds
All digital download sales are final once payment is processed, because digital files can’t be “returned.”

File Issues / Support
If you have trouble accessing your download, or receive a corrupted/incorrect file, please contact us — we’ll help you get the correct file.

Digital products & your right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)

All products sold on this store are digital downloads (PDF colouring books) delivered instantly after purchase. Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal ("cooling-off period"). Because our products are digital content supplied immediately, at checkout we ask you to expressly request immediate access and to confirm that, by starting your download, you waive this 14-day right of withdrawal. Once your digital product has been made available to download, the sale is final and we cannot offer a refund or exchange for a change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights: if a file is faulty, corrupted, or not as described, email us at [your email] and we will put it right.

Physical colouring books are sold separately through Amazon and follow Amazon's own returns policy.

Whimsy Wish — Custom Colouring Page Service (Custom Digital Service)

Whimsy Wish is custom work created to your request. Because time is reserved and work begins shortly after purchase, the cancellation and refund rules below apply.

Cancellations (24-Hour Window)

  • You may cancel your Whimsy Wish order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, your order is considered processed and cancellation is no longer available.

No Refunds After Processing

  • Once your order is processed (typically after the 24-hour window), the purchase is final and non-refundable.
  • This includes cases where you change your mind, decide not to proceed, or no longer want the custom service.

No Revisions (Surprise-Box Policy)

  • Whimsy Wish is a “surprise-box” commission: you are commissioning the tier + art style + my interpretation of your prompt.
  • No revisions are included. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
  • Style guarantee: I will keep the artwork consistent with the tier/style you selected, and it will always be whimsical and colour-friendly.

What You Receive & Delivery

  • Final delivery is a high-resolution black & white lineart PDF, optimized for printing.
  • Standard turnaround is about 2 weeks, starting once we have your complete brief (and any references).

Your Brief & Reference Images

To get the best result, please provide:

  • a clear written description of the scene you want, and
  • reference images (optional but highly recommended)

If required details are missing, your timeline may be delayed until we receive them.

If Something Is Wrong

We will fix issues caused by us, such as:

  • the wrong file being delivered
  • a corrupted file
  • format/quality problems with the PDF (print resolution, export errors, etc.)

We do not offer refunds for:

  • changes of mind after processing
  • dissatisfaction with subjective artistic choices (composition/details) within the selected tier/style
  • requests that exceed the tier limits or violate policy (e.g., commercial use requests)
